Buena Vista KOA is an exciting new expansion project led by Four Points Funding.
Four Points Funding is a place-based investment firm focused on Opportunity Zones in Colorado's emerging communities. Our Opportunity Zone Funds primarily invest in multifamily housing and outdoor hospitality, targeting above-market returns alongside community benefits. We further drive economic growth and stability across our target communities with our angel syndicate, West Slope Angels.
Most investors and developers continue to focus on the urban centers in Colorado. While there are plenty of people moving to Colorado's metro-areas, Colorado's "gateway" towns - comparatively smaller towns adjacent to public lands and recreation - have even larger population growth driven by desirable amenities, affordability, and an increasing ability to work remotely.
Our proven track record of successful investment across Colorado has created broad exposure to these gateway communities, allowing us to create efficiencies in typically inefficient but high-value markets.
